By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

• You shall not modify or copy the course on the Teachable LMS. However, permission is granted to download copies of the materials, on the School’s website, specifically identified for download.  These may be adapted for use in local training programmes.
• Access to this School is subject to the purchase of the annual update or individual courses (such as Pre-hospital PROMPT).
• Log in details and materials should be used solely for personal or local hospital use and should not be shared.
• You shall not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials or use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
• Access shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
